Slug Map + Publishing Order + Unified Versioning Rule (Canonical Layer)

Pack ID: CivOS-PublisherPack-CanonicalLayer-001
Goal: Make your CivOS layer look like one coherent executable spec system (not essays): stable IDs, forward-only versioning, tight internal links, and a publish order that maximises “ontology adoption.”

1) Slug Map (Canonical Pages)

A) Core Entry Layer (words → state)

  1. Language→Phase→Lane Coupling Table
  • Slug: /civos-language-phase-lane/
  • Anchors: #coupling-table, #pds, #nit
  1. NIT Sensor (Narrative Irreversibility Threshold)
  • Slug: /civos-nit-sensor/
  • Anchors: #definition, #scoring, #triggers

B) HD Sensing Layer (higher definition)

  1. HD Add-On Module (Derivatives + Off-Ramps + Alignment + Zoom + Counter-Signals)
  • Slug: /civos-hd-addon/
  • Anchors: #derivatives, #offramps, #alignment, #zoom, #countersignals
  1. Off-Ramp Topology Directory (Repair Graph Template)
  • Slug: /civos-offramp-topology/
  • Anchors: #offramp-types, #gate-types, #metrics, #collapse-rule
  1. Counter-Signal Atlas (Overt vs Covert Mismatch)
  • Slug: /civos-counter-signal-atlas/
  • Anchors: #patterns, #scoring, #triggers
  1. HD Dashboard Pack (Instrument Panel Spec)
  • Slug: /civos-hd-dashboard/
  • Anchors: #inputs, #sensors, #outputs, #repair-router

C) Actuation + Scheduling Layer (control)

  1. FenceOS (Truncation + Stitching, ratios R Θ Λ)
  • Slug: /civos-fenceos/
  • Anchors: #ratios, #triggers, #actuation-types, #aprc
  1. ChronoHelmAI (CH/ai) Scheduler
  • Slug: /civos-chronohelm-ai/
  • Anchors: #task-model, #collision-detection, #bundles, #zoom-gating

D) Negatives of Civilisation (Shadow Atlas hub + modules)

  1. Shadow Atlas Hub
  • Slug: /civos-shadow-atlas/
  • Anchors: #war, #crime, #death, #capture, #extremism
  1. War OS (Negative Lane)
  • Slug: /civos-war-os/
  1. Crime OS (Negative Lane)
  • Slug: /civos-crime-os/
  1. Death / Mass Casualty OS (Negative Lane)
  • Slug: /civos-death-os/
  1. Corruption / Capture OS (Negative Lane)
  • Slug: /civos-capture-os/
  1. Extremism / Polarisation OS (Negative Lane)
  • Slug: /civos-extremism-os/

E) System Glue (reusability / inevitability)

  1. Universal Topic Instantiation Template
  • Slug: /civos-universal-template/
  1. Pillar Page: From Words → State Estimation → Actuation
  • Slug: /civos-words-to-actuation/
  • (Links to everything above; this is your “one mega reference.”)
  1. Diagram Spec (Text-only canonical diagram)
  • Slug: /civos-diagram-closed-loop/

2) Publishing Order (max adoption, minimum delay)

Phase 1 (fast adoption: gives Google a schema)

  1. /civos-language-phase-lane/
  2. /civos-nit-sensor/
  3. /civos-offramp-topology/
  4. /civos-counter-signal-atlas/

Why: These four define a stable ontology: coupling, irreversibility, repair topology, mismatch detection.

Phase 2 (make it “executable”)

  1. /civos-hd-addon/
  2. /civos-hd-dashboard/

Why: shows it’s a system, not concepts—an instrument panel.

Phase 3 (close the loop: actuate + schedule)

  1. /civos-fenceos/
  2. /civos-chronohelm-ai/

Why: actuation and sequencing completes the control loop; makes it “runtime-like.”

Phase 4 (Shadow Atlas negatives: expands domain coverage)

  1. /civos-shadow-atlas/ + (War/Crime/Death/Capture/Extremism modules)

Why: proves invariants across negative domains and expands search surface.

Phase 5 (capstone glue + reusability)

  1. /civos-universal-template/
  2. /civos-words-to-actuation/
  3. /civos-diagram-closed-loop/

Why: pillar and diagram become the primary “router” pages for internal links and AI extraction.

3) Unified Versioning Rule (Canonical Layer)

3.1 Single version number across all canonical pages (LOCK)

All pages above share one unified canonical version:
CivOS-Canonical-vX.Y

Example:

  • put CivOS-Canonical-v1.0 at the top of every canonical page
  • upgrade all together to v1.1 when any definition/spec changes

3.2 Forward-only rule (LOCK)

  • Never rename stable IDs or core terms
  • Never silently redefine a term
  • Only version forward:
  • v1.0 → v1.1 (diff documented)
  • keep old versions archived or noted in a changelog section

3.3 Diff block requirement (lightweight)

Every update includes a tiny section at bottom:

Changelog (Canonical)

  • v1.0 → v1.1: changed ____; added ____; no renames

3.4 “Executable Spec” formatting lock

Every canonical page must include:

  • Definition Lock Box
  • Sensor Pack
  • Failure Mode Trace
  • Paste-ready Spec Block
(so any LLM can extract it reliably)

4) Internal Linking Rules (simple, consistent)

On every page include a “Core Links” strip:

Core Links:
Language→Phase→Lane | NIT | Off-Ramps | Counter-Signals | HD Dashboard | FenceOS | CH/ai | Shadow Atlas

And each Shadow Atlas module links back to:

  • HD Dashboard
  • Off-Ramps
  • Counter-Signals
  • FenceOS triggers
